Private Car Services, including all our drivers and vehicles, are fully licensed by the PCO (Public Carriage Office), which is part of TfL (Transport for London). TfL is a functional body of the Greater London Authority.

The role of the PCO includes the licensing of all private hire services, which amongst others include chauffeured vehicles, London black taxis and minicabs following the introduction of the Private Hire Vehicles (London) Act 1998. The purpose of regulation is to give passengers confidence, when they use a licensed private hire operator, that they are dealing with an honest and professional organisation with reliable drivers and safe vehicles.

Don’t put yourself at risk. When booking a vehicle, make sure you are dealing with a licensed firm. If you don’t know the firm’s operator licence number, ask them for it and check it at the PCO website.
